It's been X amount of time, and my tracking number hasn't updated, where is my order?

Some styles are available for pre-order (specified with an estimated shipping date in the product description). Once we receive your order, we automatically purchase a shipping label which is why you receive a fulfillment notification.

The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. JYORK The Label is not responsible for delays due to customs.

*Shipment estimates for pre-order items are approximate and subject to change at any time.

Is shipping free?

At this time, we only offer free shipping and returns for domestic orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We hope you love your JYORK the Label piece but if you're not 100% satisfied (fit, size, defects, or anything else), worry not. Simply send us an email and we will send you a return label to begin processing your return.
The Rules

Items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, no refunds

Items must be unworn and intact with all original packaging

Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt date

Clearance items, or items bought during promotions or flash sales are FINAL SALE

Custom items, specified in description, are FINAL SALE

*At this time, return shipping labels are only available for US customers.

Do you have a store front where I can shop or exchange my item in person?

At this time, we do not have a store front and orders placed through our site can only be returned via mail.

How to care for your JYORK

We recommend wash cold and hang dry. FYI our metal horns and buckles will never tarnish in sun or water however they will get as hot as you if left out too long!
